The en suite rooms are modern and well-equipped, complete with nice coffee and a lovely terrace. The breakfast is fantastic, and the location is excellent, conveniently situated near Rottingdean, Telscombe Cliffs, South Downs National Park. It’s also conveniently located across from the bus stop.
